Dr. Havin Kamal Shah Mohammed is an experienced anesthesiologist, pain management specialist, and author with over 26 years in clinical practice. She earned her M.B.Ch.B. from Salahaddin University-Erbil and holds a Diploma in Acupuncture from the UK. Her work has primarily focused on anesthesiology and burn care at major hospitals, including Burn and Plastic Surgery Hospital, where she has cared for war victims and severely burned children.

Since 2012, she has worked closely with the Sommerlad Center for Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery, helping transform the lives of hundreds of children. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Havin has 11 years of academic experience as a lecturer at Sulaimani Polytechnic University. She completed advanced training in pain management and regenerative medicine in India and Germany, earning fellowships from IPSC, Aesculap Academy, and Daradia Academy.

Beyond medicine, she is the author of *Lup Dup*, a powerful novel highlighting the struggles of burn victims—especially women who have self-immolated due to domestic violence.
